The Photo Friday prompt is 'Orange'. Well, since I am Dutch, orange made me think of the House of Orange and the Dutch royal family and Orange Tulips. So, here are some spectacular orange parrot tulips I bought and photographed last year. They were so gorgeous that I couldn't resist them.
The Illustration Friday prompt this week is 'Heroes', so I am putting on my thinking cap and working on what I can do with that...
oooooh ORANGE with a pale blue background-- you know I love that color combo, umhmmmmm great shot.

ohh, so lovely. I'm a little dutch myself. My grandfather owned a candle shop in Holland, Michigan a long, long time ago. They have a tulip festival every year. so pretty!

I LOVE tulips...and I don't think I've ever seen orange ones (strangely enough).

Those are my favorite color flowers ever! I love orange and coral. I also like the style of those tulips; I may have to buy myself some.(is that the parrot part of the name?)
