Paige Keiser

It won't be fun, but you'll feel SO GREAT after it's all done. Good luck! Don't forget to listen to fun music or watch a movie while you clean. ;-)

Hope you enjoy Casanova - you earned a fun night out, after all that work on a weekend!

Organizing projects are a lot of work to start, but nice in the end if it (hopefully) symplifies your life. Bravo for starting with your office -- my most difficult room to organize. All my teaching files are VERY organized. And the bills and warranties. But outside the paper realm I am so shamefully unorganized. I think about getting started, and then...I watch a movie and eat chocolate and decide that I can live with some organization.

Thanks for the get well wishes. I have been squeezing in Spooks episodes when we're not watching '24' on DVD. I'd think it was a lot of tv, except that it's Spooks! Fully justified.

I need to do some of that also. It really helps to move periodically because it forces me to go through EVERYTHING. However, it is also strenuous and stressful to do so. I will concentrate on organizing some cabinets, but not now.

The knack here is not trying to do it all at once. I spent 6 months simplifying my house, and it was time well spent. When you don't feel like doing anything, just find 5 minutes....it's amazing what you can accomplish in a short time. Trust me, you will be so glad you did it when it's done...in fact, I've been considering doing it all over again...it's been 7 years...but it will have to wait until I get my taxes done (in Japan, we only have until March 15th). Oh, and one more thing....have fun! Music is a great motivator...^-^

I feel your pain. I just finished putting away all the Xmas decorations, vacuuming, tidying up. We have a tiny place, so have to keep things to a minimum...so I do have a habit of sometimes storing things inside of other things...good, except when I can't find what I'm looking for. :)
