Bonnie and I have agreed to a winter-break-long exercise-a-thon. We are doing weights three times a week, with a twice-weekly addition of a 20-minute abs class...OMG, they try to kill us in there! On non-weight training days, we are doing cardio. Except for one day a week, when we rest...yay for rest!
We have been very good at keeping each other honest in regards to keeping our schedule. We prod each other to go on days when we just don't feel like it. I like the fact that I am already feeling better and feeling more fit, too. I had only been doing hour-long walks before, but I noticed that without the weight training, I just wasn't in the same shape.
So, I am happy to have my exercise-loving daughter to help me out here. Especially with all the stuff we have had to eat due to the holiday.
Good for you. I'm so bad about exercise. . .

I've been doing the elbow workout over Winter break...where I flex it repeatedly as I reach over from my prone position on the sofa to lift candy off the coffee table and put it into my mouth. (Your regimen, however, sounds a bit more...um...productive.)

I need someone to push me on my running(longer distance) yoga, and aerobics. I exercise, but not the way I want to!
