We are an eatin' family. To celebrate our various comings-and-goings, we always go out to eat our favorite meals.
As Adam is leaving on Friday, we continue in our tradition. Hence, The Original Pancake House visit for today's lunch. Adam always chooses either the Dutch Baby (photo 1) or the Apple Pancake (photo 2). Today, it was the Apple Pancake. Ross had the Dutch Baby, which is almost always his choice. I am a definite Fresh Fruit Waffle girl.
Veronica and I had the Blackberry Waffles, and John had the Blueberry Waffle. The blackberries were the size of ping pong balls. Oh, the deliciousness...
Tomorrow, we will head to Sinju for a last Sushi Dinner for Adam's last night in town. We celebrate with food, but on Friday our hearts (and stomachs) will be a little empty.
These look heavenly!! yum!

Jason's breakfast specialty is making Dutch Babies as well as Apple Pancakes. They are a favorite around here!
I hope Adam has a safe trip and gets settled into his new place quickly.

Oh wow - those are some amazing pancakes!
I can imagine it must be hard to say goodbye. Hope Adam has a safe trip. ((hugs)) from one mom to another.

Those are amazing, Diane--but what is the Dutch baby? It looks very interesting. It is sad to see kids off on their adventures...but exciting too.
